“stillness is an action all of its own”
ConMovido I means “overcome by emotion” in Spanish. Sometimes through our own stillness we will “hear” the path that we need to take. Taking the time to listen and evaluate ourselves in silence is priceless.
We may feel that stillness is not a movement going forward but it allows us time to reset our thoughts and gather them to become more efficient with our actions.
